We can offer following surface treatmens.
Anodizing
The anodizing process is a method of surface technology for producing an oxide protective layer on aluminum by anodic oxidation. In this case, in contrast to the galvanic coating method, the protective layer is not deposited on the workpiece, but formed by conversion of the uppermost metal layer, an oxide or hydroxide. The result is a 5 to 25 micron thin layer, the deeper layers as long as protects against corrosion, as no gaps, for example, by mechanical damage, arise in this layer.

Nickeling

Galvanizing
Galvanizing provides steel with a thin layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion. The cathodic effect of the zinc coating prevents the corrosion of the iron to a distance of about 5 mm, so that also defects in the zinc layer and bare cutting edges are protected. However, the resulting bimetallic corrosion accelerates the removal of the adjacent zinc layer. Of course chromium (VI) -free, ROHS2 compliant.

Blackening
Blackening is used to form a weak protective layer (precious rust) on mostly ferrous surfaces in order to reduce corrosion. By immersing the workpieces in acidic or alkaline solutions (for example sodium hydroxide solution) or molten salts, black mixed oxide layers of iron (II, III) oxide (FeO and Fe 2 O 3) are formed. The blackening is not a coating.

Quenching
The hardening of steel is an increase of its mechanical resistance by purposeful change and transformation of its structure. It can be done by heat treatment with subsequent quenching (sudden cooling). If a metal is plastically deformed, dislocations spread in the workpiece. In order to increase the strength, measures must be taken which impede the movement of dislocations.
